2. Nature of Service
Leads from Shimlavaasi provides:
- Real-time Himachal travel enquiries
- Generated through paid marketing campaigns (Google & Meta Ads)
- Delivered to travel agencies via WhatsApp and/or Email
We are a lead generation platform and do not provide travel services directly.
3. Lead Sharing Policy
Leads are shared strictly according to the selected plan:
- No Sharing – Lead shared with one agency only
- 2x Sharing – Shared with two agencies
- 3x Sharing – Shared with three agencies
Agencies acknowledge and agree to the selected sharing model at the time of purchase.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All plans are prepaid.
- Prices are per lead.
- GST is applicable where required.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Leads begin delivery once payment is successfully received.
5. Lead Replacement Policy
We replace leads only if:
- The phone number is fake
- The number is permanently switched off
- The number is invalid
Replacement claims must be reported within 24 hours of lead delivery.
No replacement is provided for:
- Non-responsive customers
- Budget mismatch
- Date change
- Customer already booked elsewhere
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital lead delivery:
- Payments are generally non-refundable once leads are delivered.
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at our discretion.
7. Delivery Window
Leads are delivered between:
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (All Days)
Delivery may vary based on campaign performance and demand.
8. No Guarantee of Conversion
We do not guarantee:
- Booking confirmation
- Conversion rate
- Revenue outcome
Lead closing success depends entirely on the agency’s sales process.
9. Acceptable Use
Agencies agree:
- Not to misuse customer data
- Not to harass or spam travellers
- To comply with Indian telemarketing regulations
- To use leads only for legitimate travel services
We reserve the right to stop service if misuse is reported.
10. Limitation of Liability
Leads from Shimlavaasi shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Business interruption
- Profit loss
- Client disputes after lead transfer
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific lead batch.
11. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to:
- Update pricing
- Modify sharing structure
- Change delivery timelines
- Suspend services temporarily
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and marketing materials are the property of Leads from Shimlavaasi and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh courts.
